‘Life is Good’ rapper Future buys $16.3 mιllιon beach villa with open bathroom

Future, as Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, is living in a great time. The 38-year-old Grammy winner and Atlanta-born hip-hop singer/songwriter sold the rights to over 600 titles in his publishing catalog to investment firm Influence Media Partners in September for a deal in the “high eight figures.” He will collaborate with Rihanna on the “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” soundtrack.

Future’s real estate is also good. He paid French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale $16.3 mιllιon for an almost-new property on Miami Beach’s exclusive guard-gated Allison Island, overlooking the waterfront, according to The Real Deal. The Ouazanas spent $12.5 mιllιon for the property in 2020, which included an adjacent parcel that was sold to developers.

Future’s 2020 digs are on a gated quarter-acre lot. The seven-bedroom, nine-bath home with approximately 8,000 square feet of living area, high ceilings, walls of glass, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces is surrounded by palm trees. Elevator, rooftop patio, detached guesthouse, staff quarters, and three-car garage are among the luxurious features.

large great room with living and dining sections and a contemporary kitchen with custom Ornare cabinetry, a long eat-in island, and top-tier stainless appliances are other highlights.

The upstairs master bedroom offers a seating area with a wet bar and wine refrigerator, a balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a luxurious bath with dual vanities, a large glass-enclosed shower, and a freestanding soaking tub.

The resort-like grounds feature an infinity-edge pool, raised spa, open-air cabana with a kitchen, and plenty of outdoor sitting and entertaining spaces. There’s enough space to dock a luxury boat with a dock and 75 feet of water frontage.
