Despite being married for over six months, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker still do not share a home, according to the Poosh founder. However, given that property records show the newlyweds had jointly paid for their first combined home, this peculiar status might be changing. The large buy was first covered by Us Weekly.

The property of choice was Conan O’Brien’s seaside retreat in Carpinteria, a little beach town near Santa Barbara and Montecito, which suddenly became available for sale during the summer to much hoopla.

For their casually cool new digs, Kardashian and Barker paid $14.5 mιllιon, a significant decrease from O’Brien’s $16.5 mιllιon asking price but still far higher than the $7.9 mιllιon the seasoned TV host paid for the property seven years earlier.

During his ownership, O’Brien significantly renovated the home, taking it “Ԁow𝚗 to the studs,” according to the description. The 1950s beach hut has around 1,000 square feet of living space, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and a lower level with a bonus room, lots of storage, and an attached carport.

A combination living/dining area with a metal fireplace and unhindered ocean views is serviced by a kitchen with granite countertops and superior stainless appliances.

Both bedrooms share a balcony with views of the whitewater and an expansive wooden deck that is ideal for dining al fresco.

In addition to the rather modest main house, there is also a two-story attached guesthouse with two separate bedroom suites, a living room, and a kitchenette with a breakfast bar.

This guesthouse is perfect for a live-in staff member or visiting family members. A two-car garage with a Tesla charging station is attached to the guesthouse, and there are large driveway gates for further seclusion.

The two buildings are surrounded by a tropical jungle of lush flora that includes up to a dozen mature palms and an abundance of bougainvillea plants on the almost half-acre land, which has 50 feet of ocean frontage.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, as well as Kevin Costner and George Lucas, are some of the Kardashian-Barker family’s closest new neighbors.
